- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our premium archery equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we offer a straightforward returns process for most items.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Products must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following archery-specific items cannot be returned:
- Used archery equipment (bows, arrows, broadheads)
- Personalized or custom-made items (custom bowstrings, arrow making components)
- Apparel & Merchandising that has been worn or washed
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps:

- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
- Package your item securely in the original packaging (if possible) including all accessories

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days using your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping cost ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement once the returned product is received and approved
- Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference before shipment
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective archery product:

International Returns
