Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our premium archery equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we offer a straightforward returns process for most items.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
• Products must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following archery-specific items cannot be returned:

• Used archery equipment (bows, arrows, broadheads)
• Personalized or custom-made items (custom bowstrings, arrow making components)
• Apparel & Merchandising that has been worn or washed

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
3. Package your item securely in the original packaging (if possible) including all accessories

Refund Information

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days using your original payment method:

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

• We’ll ship your replacement once the returned product is received and approved
