At Archery Discount Store, we stand behind the quality of our archery equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items.
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Products must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used archery equipment (bows, arrows, broadheads)
- Personalized or custom-made items (custom bowstrings, arrow making components)
- Apparel & Merchandising that has been worn or washed
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return/exchange request (see template below)
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
- Package your item securely in the original packaging (if possible) including all accessories and documentation

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the standard shipping cost ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Processing
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once the returned product is received and approved. Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS). If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference before shipment.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping if needed.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States, please note:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency exchange rates
